The hotel was faultless and the location was marvellous close enough to the public areas and promenade/ attractions. The staff were very approachable and obliging, we felt safe throughout all stay.

Stuff is very approachable and you can park your car close to the hotel. The restaurant food is lovely, and the breakfast offered is free with also hot drinks and orange juice and toast.

I felt it was good value. Original and great value hotel, the services were exceptional, magnificent location near to JKs steak house best mix grill ever. Family room had a lovely bed. I liked having modern breakfast except for toast.

Brilliant hotel, the stay was quite comfortable, incredible location close to all attractions. The staff were more than helpful with requests. I was offered a free breakfast except for toast. I enjoyed to be there and would stay there again.

The value for money was exceptional, with reasonable prices and great attention to detail. The location was perfect for me, close to the Tower, Coral Island, and the promenade. The staff provided excellent service, and the basic amenities in the room were good. The rooms were spacious and looked recently refurbished. The breakfast was lovely, with a wide selection that definitely filled me up for the day. I will definitely be returning to this brilliant hotel.
One thing that could be improved is that the hotel could use a little updating.

Can be described as a really comfortable experience, would recommend. Wonderful hotel, good views and location is incredible really close to Center, blackpool for one night, and the centre of Blackpool and the tower. The service is exceptional with private parking available and lovely meals.
